"Got the wrong letters..."
My order arrived with two of the letters wrong, which was... kind of frustrating. It wasn’t the biggest issue in the world, but it was still annoying, and customer support took a while to get it sorted out...

"Felt cheaper than I remember expecting"
From what I remember, it looked decent in the pictures, so I was expecting something a bit sturdier. But once I had it in hand, the material felt really thin and cheap. It bends way too easily, and it just doesn’t seem like it’s going to hold up over time. For the price, I expected better. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order it again.

I was disappointed with how my order turned out. The preview looked fine, but the actual piece was noticeably different, the spacing felt off and some of the letters didn’t look right at all. After I paid, I started to feel like the attention to detail just dropped, which made me trust the process a lot less. It’s not terrible, but it definitely wasn’t what I thought I was ordering

"Slow replies made the process more stressful"
I ordered a custom letter set and had a question about the proof, but it took a few days to get a reply. At that point I was already starting to stress, because with a custom order you kind of want to know what’s going on before it moves forward. Like, make it make sense, I’m just trying to confirm the details before it’s too late.
The product turned out okay in the end, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster. It’s just that the support felt slow and not very easy to reach, which made the whole experience more frustrating than I expected

I tried to give it a fair shot, but you kind of get this sketchy feeling quickly. It just didn’t make me feel confident or like I could fully trust it.

My order did arrive, but the packaging was kinda poor. The envelope was bent and the corners looked a bit rough. Nothing was completely ruined, but I expected it to be packed better. Kinda annoying overall

"Not quite the quality I was expecting"
I ordered a sign from The Letter Market because, it looked really nice in the photos, and I was kind of excited to get it. But once it showed up, it just, you know, felt a little cheaper in person than I expected.
The edges were a bit rough, and the paint or finish had a few small marks on it, which was kind of disappointing. It wasn’t awful or anything, but it definitely didn’t feel like the quality I thought I was paying for.
Shipping was fine, and it was packed okay, so no real complaints there. But yeah, the actual product quality needs some work, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make some improvements.

I reached out to support hoping they could help, but they weren’t very helpful at all. I didn’t really get the answers or assistance I needed.

"Disappointing quality"
I was let down by how this turned out. The letters looked uneven, and some of the edges were rough, like it had been done in a hurry. For what I paid, I expected it to look a lot cleaner. i just felt disappointed and like it wasn’t worth the money

"Just got it and the sizing feels really off"
I just received this and tried it on right away, and the sizing seems way off. I ordered a large, but it fits more like a small. Maybe because it’s fresh in my mind, but this was disappointing.

"Delivery was more stressful than expected"
My order showed up way later than the estimated time, and the tracking barely changed the whole time, which made it frustrating. Support did respond, but they didn’t really give me much to go on. The letters themselves were fine, so it’s not even about that, it was just the delivery process that stressed me out.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered from thelettermarket.com thinking it would show up in a few days, because that’s kind of the whole point when you order something online. But nope, it took way longer than expected, and the tracking updates were basically useless. I kept checking like an idiot, hoping for some clear info, and all I got was vague nothingness.
By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t even need it anymore, which was super frustrating. Maybe the actual product is okay, I don’t know, but the delivery experience completely ruined it for me. If you need something by a certain date, I’d probably look somewhere else.

"I just didn’t get a great feeling..."
I just didn’t get a great feeling from it. The site felt kind of messy to me, and the way this and that was laid out didn’t seem very polished or easy to follow.
Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it didn’t really come across like a business I’d feel comfortable trusting. It just wasn’t that level of professionalism I was expecting.

"Kind of disappointed with the print quality"
I was excited to get my order, and the overall idea of it was nice, but the print came out blurrier than I expected and the colors looked dull. It definitely didn’t match the preview as well as I hoped. I wanted to like it, but it ended up feeling a bit cheaper than expected.

I ordered from thelettermarket.com, and my tracking has been sitting on the same update for days now. There is no clear information and I have not really gotten any helpful answers. It feels like I am just waiting around with no idea what is going on. I am really not happy with the experience.

"Proof approval was kind of a headache 😕"
The proof approval process ended up being frustrating for me. It wasn’t super clear what I was actually approving, and the back-and-forth on fixes took longer than I expected. By the end, I felt annoyed with the whole order and probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Definitely not the gift moment I was hoping for"
I bought this thinking it would be a cute gift idea, but when it showed up I was like… oh no. It just looked way plainer than I expected, and suddenly I felt like I was about to hand someone the saddest little “surprise” ever.
Maybe it works if you need something quick or kind of jokey, but for an actual gift, absolutely not. I was expecting a little wow factor and got basically none, so I probably wouldn’t go with thelettermarket.com again for gifting.
